Anything containing:
Cane syrup, high fructose corn syrup, beet sugar, molasses, treacle, golden syrup, sucrose, glucose, dextrose, etc.
Therefore:

Sweets, chocolate, candies, lollies, or whatever you call them

Practically all cakes, desserts and biscuits

Nearly all breakfast cereals – if the level is less that 3 grams sugar per 100 grams is acceptable

Most canned food e.g. baked beans, peas, sweet corn, fruit in syrup

Soft drinks and fruit juice “drinks”

Alcoholic drinks

Pickles, chutneys, tomato sauce ketchups, etc., normally sugared

Many packet foods, e.g. sauces, soups

Some enriched doughs e.g. currant teacakes

Ice cream, cream substitutes, etc.
