About Healthy Rewards Club
Healthy Rewards is our NEW customer loyalty club that allows you collect points every time you spend with us. Those points will add up over time and earn you discounts and special offers, plus other perks.
Anyone aged 18 or over can join our club for their own personal use. One account per person only.
Anyone aged 18 or over can join our Healthy Rewards Club for free. It's easy, just fill out our online form, or visit our clinic in person and ask our staff for a form to sign up. We'll need some details, like your name and contact details. You'll also need to agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Your privacy is very important to us. We take great care with all the personal information you share with us through the Healthy Rewards Club and will never release these details to any organisation outside of IMI. All the information we collect is subject to our privacy policy.
We would like to use the information you share with us to keep you up to date with our Wellness Insider newsletter, which is packed with information on your how to boost your health, as well as our products, and special events and promotions. We would also like to send you information about special events and promotions that relate to your Healthy Rewards Club membership.
We respect your right to determine what information you receive and you may cancel your subscription to Wellness Insider and our other promotional emails anytime by following the unsubscribe links in the newsletter.
Rewards and points
You will earn one point for every $50 you spend across the entire IMI range, including:
- Supplements, vitamins, and remedies
- Consultations and treatments
- Snacks and food items
- Body and skin care items
- Lifestyle products, including air filters, water purifiers, and more
The more you spend, the more points you earn and the bigger the discount you will be entitled to.

Every year, we will review your status and discount according to your 12 month spend.
The discount you earn through your Healthy Rewards Club membership will be automatically applied every time you buy non-prescription items in our clinic. This includes:
- Over-the-counter (OTC) supplements
- Body and skin care items
- Snacks and food items
- Lifestyle and natural household products
Points from in-store purchases will be credited to your account immediately. Points from online purchases will take up to 10 business days to be credited to your profile.
You can check your status and how many points you have by asking our staff in our clinic, by calling 25237121 or emailing healthyrewards@imi.com.hk
If you are concerned that a purchase was not properly applied to your profile, you should contact our Healthy Rewards Relationship Manager at healthyrewards@imi.com.hk
While your membership may remain open, your points will expire if your account is inactive for 12 or more months.
Changing your account
To update your personal information, please email healthyrewards@imi.com.hk or call 25237121 or speak to our staff the next time you visit our clinic.
You can cancel your membership any time by contacting healthyrewards@imi.com.hk. It may take up to 7 days to complete your request.
