“True holistic natural medicine practice means that anything can mean everything when it comes to health. The interaction between the systems of the body helps paint the mosaic of who we are as individuals.”

Philip Watkins has over 10 years clinical practice in the field of naturopathy, homeopathy and functional medicine, and has treated a wide range of health conditions in both children and adults. Philip graduated from the Australian College of Natural Medicine and prior to joining IMI ran a successful and busy clinical practice in Melbourne, Australia.

Philip uses functional laboratory tests to identify the root cause of a health problem and addresses the issue with a mix of herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle counselling. His focus highlights the delicate interplay between all systems of the body and treatment often looking for the smallest change to elicit the biggest effect whilst putting less pressure on the patient with higher chance for success.

He is truly passionate about educating people on nutrition and natural medicine and has extensive experience in lecturing and public speaking with a particular flair for bringing simplicity to complex issues. He is able to tailor his speaking to the listener in a way that is engaging, accessible and inspiring.

Philip’s writing has appeared in a wide range of journals and magazines: GNC Livewell, Men’s Health, and 9MSN Coach, which is considered to be Australia’s number one Health and Wellness website.
