If you’re a client, your medical data and health records will be kept secure in a programme called Outsmart. This programme is designed to keep your confidential information just that, confidential.

We only collect your personal data when you have given it to us, whether via direct mail, questionnaires, online surveys, contests, in-store promotions, by phone, through our websites or other online means. However, we will not collect such information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly.
Your personal data will be kept confidential and secure and will, unless you agree otherwise, only be used for the purpose(s) for which it was collected.
When you're a client, your medical data will be kept secure on a platform called OutSmart. Please refer to the tab titled 'Client and medical data' for more information.
Sensitive personal data related to your health will only be disclosed to those involved with your treatment or care, in accordance with data protection laws and guidelines of professional bodies.
When you register as a client, in-clinic, we will take necessary information from you so that we can send you appointment reminders, service updates and other essential information.
You can also sign up for our mailing lists, for our practitioners' tips on how to improve your health, and their supplement recommendations for optimal wellbeing. If you sign up for these, you are free to leave at any time by unsubscribing, and we will no longer store your data for those purposes.
At IMI we take your privacy very seriously. IMI use a cloud-based service called OutSmart, which is designed for healthcare services, so that they can maintain the confidentiality you, as a client, require.
OutSmart is designed to retain, protect and preserve the integrity of personal data in order to maintain regulatory and compliance obligations around patient records. OutSmart maintains industry-standard administrative, physical and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, use or disclosure of data processed through or stored in the platform.
When we collect your personal information we will only use it for the stated purpose. If you specifically agree to follow-up contacts by us, or asked to be put on our mailing list, we may also contact you from time to time.
If you give us your phone number, we will only call you to answer your request.
If your personal information has changed since you gave it to us, then simply send us an email with your new details, and we'll update your information.
We will not share any of your information with anyone outside of IMI, except when required by law.
If you request information or signposting to an organisation outside of IMI, we may share your personal information, but only with your express permission. Our preference would be to give you their information, but in the event that you want your information passed on to them, we will be happy to facilitate that.
We protect your personal information with appropriate security measures. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it remains necessary for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law, then we will delete it.
We do not collect personal financial information, including credit card numbers, expiration dates, types, or related financial information on this site
Any payments for bookings or prescriptions will be securely handled by our reception team, either in person or over the phone.
Our website may include links to websites belonging to others. We have no control over these sites and cannot be responsible for how the owners of these sites may collect, use, disclose and otherwise treat your personal information. We recommend that you consult the privacy policies of all third-party websites you visit by clicking on the privacy link you are visiting.
You may unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time, using the unsubscribe button at the end of the email.
If you would no longer like us to store your client data, or receive any communications from us, including service updates, please call (852) 2523 7121 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will remove your data from our files. Please note that if you request this, you will need to re-register as a client to use our services again.
