“Our posture expresses our history. Posture is the expression of inherited and personal life experiences, cultural formation and deformation. It is an expression of our physical and emotional traumas (emotional cysts), of the type of life and stress we lead, of the work and sport we do over time; posture is the way we breathe, the way we stand, the way we behave and the way we relate to ourselves and to others.”
Fernanda Miotto is the first and only Pancafit Practitioner using the Raggi Method in Hong Kong. She successfully applied this method of treatment in Italy, where she worked for 15 years and introduces it now in Hong Kong by starting to collaborate with IMI.
Originally from Brazil, she completed her professional training as a Physical Educator in Italy, where she then also specialized as a Pancafit, Watsu Practitioner, Perinatal Educator, Holistic Counsellor and eventually specialized also as a Yoga Teacher in Hong Kong.

In her free time, Fernanda loves dance, yoga, gym fitness training and hiking. She has a healthy diet and a steady work on herself are crucial parts of her life style.
