Eugnice is a certified counsellor who received professional training in psychotherapy and psychological counselling. She applies psychodynamic psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Bowen Family Therapy and mindfulness to her session work. Eugnice also brings her more recent training in energy healing into therapeutic work with clients when it is helpful.


Her experience includes working with people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, with individuals who feel lost or stuck in their lives, and family and couples with relationship or communication issues. She also supervises and guides newly qualified counsellors as they begin their client practice, through HK University.


Throughout her professional career, Eugnice has found that it is often not hard for a motivated person to recover from emotional, psychological or relational issues, yet it is much more difficult for them to maintain peacefulness during their challenging moments in life. She found that a person’s spirituality can become a powerful channel to live with joy and peacefulness, regardless of their religion or beliefs. Following her own profound spiritual awakening four years ago, Eugnice has been helping people to enhance their own spirituality towards enlightenment.


Eugnice believes that counselling is about co-creating a partnership, not a service. She believes that it is not the “problems” that need to be solved, rather challenges to learn from; for a person to be inspired to become wiser and healthier. Her direct experience has taught her that people are often stuck in their problems because they may not have the skills or resources and may think that they don’t have choices.


Session work with Eugnice can support you to co-create a new vision and understanding around the challenges in your life and cultivate new choices and opportunities for you to become the best version of yourself.
