Coaching focuses on your present and the future, enabling you to set your sights on what matters most to you. Together you set goals for your future and find solutions to blocks so you can move forward. Coaching is often used for career development.

Coaching looks towards future development in a pragmatic, goals-focused way, while therapy explores current feelings and may explore past patterns and how they affect your future.Coaching aims to create change within a set number of sessions, whereas therapy offers a more fluid, less limited space for ongoing emotional support.
Coaching begins with an assessment, during which you and your coach will define your goals and any blocks to your progress.You’ll then identify the skills or areas which need development or change. Over the course of a set number of sessions, your coach will work with you as a partner, helping challenge you, supporting your development and keeping you accountable for your actions.
