Counselling gives you space to untangle complex thoughts and feelings. Our counsellors provide a safe space where you can really be heard. They can help you to explore your emotions, thoughts and feelings. This can help you to become more aware of your inner experience and find clarity moving forwards.They can help you explore helpful coping mechanisms to support you in stressful situations, so they may become less overwhelming. Our counsellors may support you with tools like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), blending several skills.It’s worth exploring each of our therapists’ biographies to find out who might be the best fit for you.
