Good for easing mental health conditions, sleeplessness and tension in the neck or head.Great for the super stressed, cranial osteopathy upregulates your parasympathetic nervous system, the restorative system activated in meditation.
Treatment begins with an evaluation of your joints and spine, blood vessel health and nervous system. Our osteopaths tailor-make a treatment plan specific to your body’s needs.Follow up sessions build on previous therapeutic work. The length and frequency of sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. Coming in regularly for preventative care may be therapeutic for your condition.As problem areas become recovering areas, the focus shifts to deeper, subtle healing, maintaining progress and establishing good habits.Young children are treated sitting down or playing with toys. Follow-up treatments are the same in nature but slightly shorter.
